Inchelium Red
Discovered just south of the Canadian Border in Washington State, this artichoke softneck has gained acclaim and is now successfully grown all over North America.
Maturity is early, skin quality is best when harvested slightly green.
Unlike most softnecks, Inchelium Red has a fully bodied flavor with a little kick.
Yields nice bulbs with 8-12 cloves. A highly adaptable garlic.
